Iago's blast destroys the creature, sending bits of bone everywhere.

The last bone pile finishes forming, turning into what resembles a giant bear.

KAI

Kai quickly rolls to his feet, thumbing a stud on his belt as he does so, briefly surrounding his body with a glowing aura that fades just as quickly, erasing some of the wounds that he has sustained.

Healing Belt - 1 charge = 13 healing

"Not again... I can't bear another one."

Iago will move to flank the bear and attack it.

Iago's bolt slams into the bear skeleton, sending shards everywhere.

The bear turns towards the direction of the pain. Unable to find anything to attack, it turns back to Kai, but loses it's chance to attack first.

KAI

Finally back on his feet, Kai launches forward with a series of attacks, feinting in the middle of the sequence hoping to get the creature to react.

First Primary Attack (Mace) (1d20+11) = 8+11 = 19
Damage (1d6+4)= 4+4 = 8
Off-hand attack (short sword) (1d20+10) = 1+10 = FAIL
1d6+1= +1 = N/A
Feint (1d20+10) = 5+10 = 15
Second Primary Attack (Mace) (1d20+6)= 2+6 = 8
Damage (1d6+4)= 4+4 = 8

Kai's first blow connects and seems to do some damage, sending bones splintering, but the remainder of his attacks either miss or do no apparent damage.

Focusing on Kai, the skeletal bear rears up and takes to claw swipes, easily hitting Kai with both. Kai, battered and bruised heavily, is flung away from the bear with the power of its blows, landing on his back.

Iago tries to distract the bear and buy Kai some time with a series of rude gestures culminating in a display of... EYEBEAMS!

Finishing up the battle, the group rests peacefully and wakes up fully healed and rested. They stand before the opened hatch, staring down into darkness.

KAI

"It's not necessarily my forte' but I'm willing to move on ahead. Of course, unless someone else can see in the dark and is willing to take point, I will need to make some light."

Kai will begin to pull hte everburning torch from his pack.

"Wait, wait, seeing in the dark is something I can do."

Iago will float on ahead of the group, taking 20 on his Move Silently check for a total result of 22 if possible.

KAI

Kai pauses in his actions.

"Do you have the means to grant me the same ability? If not, we may need the light. Kind of difficult to look for a trap when you can't see where you're walking."

As the group decides upon it's path, a rumbling can be heard from the south. Something big is coming.

Iago quickly takes cover in the underground passage and readies an Eldritch Blast.

Yuki Onna

The pain surging through Yuki Onna's body is enough to make most men scream in agony. Being pinned to a hulking monstrosity is hardly the most comfortable way to travel after all. However, the elf has felt much worse pain than this and the permanent chill in her body is dulling the sensation somewhat. She patiently awaits the best opportunity to escape, spying her loyal she-wolf lurking in the shadows.

"Look at it this way Rathnaya," she calls to her animal companion in Sylvan, "We wanted to find the necromancer, didn't we?" The massive wolf, which is the size of a horse, doesn't react to its master's comment. Apparently it doesn't have an appreciation for Yuki Onna's sarcasm.

(Holding action for now. Leucistic, is there anything preventing Yuki Onna from casting Dimension Door to escape?)

DD is verbal component only, so unless she's pinned and her attacker chose the option to silence her, it works.

(Yuki Onna is waiting for the perfect moment; say, a group of adventurers distracting her captor.)

"Something else's come up, eh? Well, I suppose I'd better see what it is."

Iago leaves his companions at the trap door and cautiously flies up and then towards the sound, careful to hug the treetops as he does so.

(Taking 10 on Hide and Move Silently for a result of 12 for both, if possible=.)

Iago doesn't have to fly long before finding what he is looking for, a giant metal construct bearing huge spikes on it's back. Bodies are placed onto the spikes at weird angles.
